ENGL 2130: American Lit. Notes on Quizzes...

I have now had three weeks worth of quizzes, with two different styles. It is important to teach, learn, and be tested in different ways. 

Next time the quiz will be a mixture of multiple choice & discussion. Be aware/ prepare accordingly, since you have now taken at least one of each. 

I got feedback from a few students that discussions helped them explain in their own words better; however, some did not even attempt these questions. 

Obviously being on time to class is also pertinent, as our time is very limited each meeting and we cannot dedicate an entire class to taking a quiz/ reviewing.
